【業務内容】
営業チームの一員として、以下業務を担当します。
- 既存の顧客の営業管理と売り上げの成長、目標達成
- 新規顧客の開発:ポテンシャル顧客へのアプローチからビジネス契約までのプロセス
- ポテンシャル顧客及び既存顧客との効果的なコミュニケーション及び情報提供
- 見積もり、インボイス、輸入書類などの準備、在庫管理
- 展示会への参加、日本本社とのやりとり
【応募条件】
- 大学、短期大学(専門学校)卒
- オランダでの就労ビザを所有している方
- アムステルダムに通勤可能な方
- 日本語と英語。他にもヨーロッパ言語が話せたらプラスです。
- 営業経験 1-3年ほどある方
- 積極性、目標達成力、業務への正確さ、コミュニケーション力のある方
- 必要に応じて国内国外の出張ができること (展示会を含む)
- ロジスティクス、オーダープロセスの知識のある方はプラスです。

Sales Representative, Amsterdam area
Fluent in Japanese and English, Fulltime
Our client, an international homewares trading company headquartered in Japan and based in the Amsterdam area, is currently seeking a Sales Representative to develop and strengthen their business in the European market.

Job Description:
- Expand and strengthen relationships with existing customers to grow business.
- Identify and approach potential customers, cultivate sales opportunities, and develop new business.
- Provide necessary information efficiently and maintain effective communication with both new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and shipping documents, and coordinate the entire sales process.
- Participate in exhibitions and represent the company effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or equivalent.
- Must hold a valid Dutch work visa.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in outside sales and/or account management.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality and a target-oriented mindset are essential.
- Proactive and an excellent team player with professional communication skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Experience with order processing and/or logistics is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture.
