About the organization: 

Our customer is a leading European company in the Asian food market, specializing in Japanese cuisine. With over a century of experience in this sector, they have successfully established extensive global business networks. They deliver healthy, high-quality Asian food products throughout Asia, the USA, Australia and Europe.

Currently, they are seeking a Sales Administrator for their office in the Netherlands, where they distribute Asian food products to their European customers. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for managing internal sales processes and interacting with customers.

Job Description:

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Issuing invoices for sales transactions.
  • Verifying orders, including customers’ personal and payment information.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer questions and obtain missing information.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in spoken Dutch and English. Japanese language skills are advantageous.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a sales assistant / sales administrator in a B2B setting is advantageous.
  • Team player, flexible, proactive and a strong communicator.
