Our Japanese client, a logistics and warehouse company based in Rotterdam, is looking for an All-Round Logistics Staff member to join their growing team due to business expansion.

Your Responsibilities
As an All-Round Logistics Staff member, you will support daily warehouse operations, including:
- Receiving & Inspection: Unload incoming shipments, verify goods against delivery notes, and inspect products for any damage.
- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick products using picking lists or scanners and pack them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Maintain an organized warehouse, assist with stock counts, and report low inventory levels.
- Shipping Preparation: Label packages correctly and coordinate daily pickups with courier drivers.
- Warehouse Safety & Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements
- Valid work permit for the Netherlands.
- Living in the Rotterdam area with the ability to commute to the workplace.
- Good command of English.
- 0–2 years of work experience.
- Previous warehouse, retail stockroom, or logistics experience is an advantage, but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift or move packages of up to approximately 20 kg.
- Forklift license or pallet jack experience is a plus.
- Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for inventory registration.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, proactive, punctual, and willing to build a long-term career with the company.
Employment Conditions
- Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
- Working hours: 08:30–17:00, including a 1-hour lunch break.
- Starting salary of approximately €2,500 gross per month.
- 8% holiday allowance.
- Annual bonus.
- One-year contract with the possibility of extension.
