We recruit internationally from the Netherlands. Our strength is finding personnel for multinational companies. We mainly focus on Japanese companies and Japan related businesses, where broader or different requirements are met in their search to new staff.

Yumiko Miyajima
Yumiko is an HR and multi-cultural management expert. At the beginning of her career, she worked at Sumikin Bussan and UBAF Bank in Tokyo and later at E&Y and Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ in Amsterdam. In those international work environments, she was always interested in the impact that personnel can have on the performance of companies in multi-cultural settings, especially regarding Dutch and Japanese cultures. After obtaining her MSc in Work and Organisation’s Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU), she has been focusing on her speciality, Human Resources Management, as HR manager in Belgium and worked as a guest teacher at Hogeschool Zuyd. Since 2016, she has been an international recruiter and has successfully started her own entity.
