The company offers an international working environment with friendly, supportive colleagues and opportunities for long-term growth.<\/p>\n<p>Whether you already have warehouse experience or are looking to start your career in logistics, this could be the opportunity for you. <strong>No warehouse experience is required<\/strong>\u2014full onboarding and training will be provided for motivated candidates.<\/p>\n<p>If you enjoy keeping things moving, thrive in a dynamic environment, and like a role where no two days are the same, we&#8217;d love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As an All-Round Logistics Staff member, you will support daily warehouse operations, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Receiving &amp; Inspection:<\/strong> Unload incoming shipments, verify goods against delivery notes, and inspect products for any damage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Order Picking &amp; Packing:<\/strong> Accurately pick products using picking lists or scanners and pack them securely for shipment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inventory Control:<\/strong> Maintain an organized warehouse, assist with stock counts, and report low inventory levels.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shipping Preparation:<\/strong> Label packages correctly and coordinate daily pickups with courier drivers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Warehouse Safety &amp; Maintenance:<\/strong> Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid work permit for the Netherlands.<\/li>\n<li>Living in the Rotterdam area with the ability to commute to the workplace.<\/li>\n<li>Good command of English.<\/li>\n<li>0\u20132 years of work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Previous warehouse, retail stockroom, or logistics experience is an advantage, but not required.
