In this role, you will be responsible for both forwarding operations and customer service activities, managing end-to-end operational coordination and serving as a key point of contact for customers.<\/p>\n<p>You will oversee shipment operations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure smooth communication with customers throughout the transportation process.
